Arnold Amusements is a full service, family owned and operated traveling carnival company with over 40 rides and attractions. Arnold Amusements provides the midway at events in Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida, with their home office being located in Traverse City , MI. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, wholesome environment, filled with exciting rides, tasty foods and family games. We have always felt that through honesty, integrity, and trust we live up to our reputation as, “ The Finest Midway for Family Entertainment”.

Owner, Ivan Arnold started in the carnival business working at the county fair in his hometown of Traverse City, Michigan at the age of nine.  He was there every year doing whatever job they would give him.  He later met and married his bride, Agnes and went on to have three children, Tom, Sandy and Jon. For years Ivan and Agnes ran a unit for the W.G. Wade Shows and in 1980 went on to form what is now Arnold Amusements Inc. Tom, and Jon now head the daily operations of Arnold Amusements and Sandy, with her husband own and operate TJ Schmidt and Co. Jon has three children, who are all involved in the daily operations.

Tom is head of all operations. Jon is head of the maintenance dept. Jon's wife Karen is the office manager, along with owning and operating several food trailers. Alex, since graduating, has taken over the entire shows transportation department and Jillian assists in food operations.

Arnold Amusements provides a full staff of ride operators. Each employee is required to wear a uniform and be well groomed. All Arnold employees are subject to random drug testing and are expected to conduct themselves in a kind and courteous manner. In addition to this Arnold Amusements has an ongoing safety and maintenance program that includes pre-opening and daily ride and midway inspections. Arnold Amusements follows all State and National safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe family friendly event.
