Safety is our #1 Priority

Safety is our #1 Priority Safety is our #1 Priority Safety is our #1 Priority

Nothing is more important to us then the safety of our guests.  To ensure that our equipment is safe, all of our rides and attractions are inspected by local and state agencies prior to opening at an event.  Daily safety checks are also performed by our certified ride foremen to make sure all componets are functioning properly before our guests arrive for the day.  Managers use a ride inspection check list, tailored to each ride to properly inspect key componets of each attraction.

While we do everything we can to make our midways safe for our guests, it is also the responsibility of the rider to adhere to the posted rules and height requirements outside each attraction.  It is always good to measure your child and determine what rides are safe for them to ride prior to purchasing tickets.  To print a copy of our ride height requirement list, click here.
When attending a Arnold Amusements event, we recommend the following general safety rules:

  • KEEP hands, arms and legs inside ride at all times.
  • USE safety equipment such as a seat belt, shoulder harness or lap bar when provided.
  • STAY in ride until it comes to a complete stop.
  • READ posted rules.
  • OBSERVE age, height and weight restrictions.
  • FOLLOW instructions of ride operator.

Maintenance Facility

During the winter months, we spend ample time refurbishing our equipment at our Gibsonton, Florida based maintenance facility. Our full service shop allows us to rebuild a ride from the ground up including but not limited to welding, electrical, hydraulic, mechnical, and cosmetic repairs.
